Co-ordination between Contractors.

As we design complete project in house, we co-ordinate all the services in house and  issue the drawings for construction so that there will be very few issues at site during the installation.

As we do pre-engineering  for all the services  before issuing the drawings to construction, maximum interference between the services is identified during the preparation of drawing stage, and resolved before issuing the final drawings.

During the Construction we arrange regular site meetings with all the agencies involved and interact with them for co-coordinating the interference of services. We provide quick alternative solutions to contractor to proceed with their works so that the time line of the project is respected as per the schedule.

Finally we co-ordinate with Testing and Commissioning team to make sure that project is running as per the Design.
